We do not poach directors. You have to contact us.

We do not charge for our time, but if you make the move, we ask the production company for a finders’ fee when you sign.

We also take 2% of a director’s turnover over the next 9 months.

9 months, because in our experience it can take the new production company 3 months to launch the showreel into the market place, and we hope that over the next 6 months the director would do 2-3 jobs.

That way, the risk is shared between us and the production company, and the whole thing is financially more attractive.
