What have we done for who?

Mainly DM agency suddenly wins 3 pieces of TV business. Help!

They won them in rapid succession. They called us. We trained their account management team. Provided a full-time producer and PA – along with admin help as and when required. Negotiated deals with suppliers on their behalf. Handled all talent negotiations and music contracts. Organised an on-line asset management system – for them and their clients.

We act as Heads of TV for the agency and monitor their workload. So if there are periods when TV activity slows down, we pull out personnel not required. Then staff up again when things get busy.

Appropriate back-up for multi-nationals.

We supply producers and PA’s for a number of multi-national agencies, at those times when they need additional help.

The Heads of TV at these agencies know they can rely on us to provide quality support at the appropriate level.

Large TV advertiser makes directly for the TV Dept.

A very large advertiser on TV approached us to work directly with them, and to handle their total TV and radio output.

This advertiser makes on average 8 commercials every 12 months – each with many adaptations – plus one radio commercial every week.

We put in place a permanent Senior Producer and PA, then added producers and PA’s as the business dictated.

Some aspects – adaptations for example – require only a junior producer. Costs reduced instantly.

Sarah and Judy oversee the complete business, ready to spot any opportunity of increasing efficiency and cutting costs.

We work happily and successfully alongside the agency and its creative department.
And the finance director is delighted to have one less overhead to pay for.

Some larger advertisers may have 2 or 3 agencies. In these cases, Judy and Sarah maintain their role of overseeing the complete business, and may run the productions themselves.
